With our highly trained staff on the processing floor and boning room we are able to cater to all your meat specifications and deliver it to your butchery in our refrigerated fleet of trucks throughout the Hunter Valley and regions beyond.

Our meat processing facility welcomes service clientele for beef (dressing at no more than 280kg) and small stock. All livestock are processed following the Australian Standards for the Hygienic Production and Transportation of Meat and Meat Products for Human Consumption and Australian Animal Welfare Standards and Guidelines. Our skilled workforce ensures all carcases are processed to the highest standard in hygiene and dressing. Our refrigerated fleet of transport trucks and skilled team of drivers are able to deliver your meat carcass to your butcher shop of choice. To help us maintain these high standards all livestock must be booked prior to arrival."
