JBS Australia Pty Limited is Australia's largest multi-species slaughter company, operating 10 beef and lamb slaughterhouses and 6 feedlots across eastern Australia. A subsidiary of Brazilian multinational JBS S.A., the company also owns Primo Foods, Australia's largest smallgoods manufacturer; Andrews Meat Industries, a meat cutting facility; D.R. Johnston, a wholesale meat distribution business; and Swift & Company Trade Group, an international meat trading operation.

JBS Australia slaughters cattle, sheep, and pigs raised across Australia and New Zealand, supplying domestic retailers and food service operators, as well as exporting to over 50 countries.

JBS Australia and its facilities have been subject to repeated regulatory action, including a 2017 NSW Land and Environment Court conviction for water pollution at its Scone abattoir, a 2019 EPA fine for odour breaches at the same site, and ongoing community complaints about odour at its Longford, Tasmania facility. JBS S.A., the global parent, was sued by the New York Attorney General in 2024 for greenwashing its "Net Zero by 2040" climate commitments, and reported global greenhouse gas emissions exceeding 71 million tonnes in 2021.
