Little Penguin on display. - In Australia there is a ‘minimum’ standard that zoos need to adhere to if they want to exhibit exotic or native species. Although these minimum standards are adhered to,  it shows more importance is placed on the bottom dollar then the space requirements and needs of the animal they are exhibiting.
