KKK Puppy Factory has been operating in Gippsland for years. They sell puppies to pet shops and online trading sites. Dogs are kept in raised wire floor cages with no bedding.\r
There permit to operate was revoked in May 2011. \r
They continue to sell puppies despite not having a permit.\r
