The Sand Bay Meat Plant is the Falkland Islands’ only commercial slaughterhouse, operated by FIMCo on the coast south of Stanley, where it processes sheep and cattle for domestic use and export in an EU‑accredited facility capable of handling around 1,000 sheep or lambs per day.
