"Leppington Pastoral Company (LPC) is a Perich family-owned dairy enterprise based in Bringelly, New South Wales. Established in 1951 by Kolombo and Julia Perich, the company began with just 25 milking cows and has since evolved into one of Australia's largest and most technologically advanced dairy operations
LPC operates a state-of-the-art freestall dairy facility, milking approximately 2,000 cows three times daily. Commissioned in November 2000, the facility features a Magnum 40 double 36 Westfalia-Surge Herringbone parlor, integrating U.S. and German dairy technologies. The farm spans 520 hectares in Bringelly and includes three large dams with a combined capacity of around 1,680 megalitres, supporting its extensive irrigation needs.
The Perich family continues to own and manage LPC, with Michael and Fiona Perich representing the third generation of family leadership. Ronald Perich is noted as a key principal of the company. Beyond dairy farming, the family has diversified interests, including significant investments in Noumi Ltd (formerly Freedom Foods Group)"
