Chickens"Located only ten minutes from Kooweerup or twenty minutes to Pakenham is this neat one hundred and fifteen thousand, two hundred bird farm (115,200 at .5 density)
Set on a pretty block of twenty acres, wind your way down to the sheds with a beautiful gum tree lined road. The farm consists of three clear span, cross flow sheds with automatic winching and Fancom computers. Contracted to Turi Poultry, the lay out is excellent, with efficient roads forming a ring around the sheds. There is a number of outside sheds including a workshop and undercover storage shed, a new compost shed and an excellent amenities building housing the crew room and generator. The farm is run with dam water or its bore.
The two identical houses on the property each have three bedrooms and an entertainment area which have been upgraded.
Surrounding the farm is high Deer fencing for either keeping deer, other animals or extra security."
