TH v big bw water leak feces 1025

This calf has to live with water dripping into her 56"x32" hutch because of a leak.  The temperatures in this area can get into the 30sF at night in December (and over 108F in the summer).  There is no bedding, the feces and urine is supposed to fall into the cracks.  The hutch is not cleaned until the calf leaves after 3 months.
