High Court to rule on secret Victorian abattoir video
A date has been set in the nation's highest court for the final legal showdown to decide the fate of a 14-minute compilation video of alleged animal cruelty filmed inside a Victorian abattoir.
Farm Transparency International's High Court special leave to appeal will be heard on Tuesday, May 5, as the animal activist organisation fights to publish footage obtained from inside Eurobin abattoir, the Game Meats Company of Australia.
