50,000 Egg-Laying Hens Left to Starve to Death

Learn more at www.aldf.org/HenRescue -- 50,000 hens were abandoned in February 2012 by the owners of A&L Poultry, a Turlock (California) egg production facility. Represented by the Animal Legal Defense Fund, the three animal sanctuaries filed a lawsuit seeking to place responsibility on the guilty parties who caused the suffering of tens of thousands of helpless animals.
