Pig shackle line and scalding tank - Pigs are hung upside down on a shackle line before being lowered onto a table and tipped into a tank of scalding water which softens their skin and hair before they are dismembered. Hidden cameras captured pigs still moving and gasping moments before they entered the scalding tank.
